Drew Kese Chief Experience Officer
At Spring EQ, Drew’s goal is to build amazing experiences that solve problems and create opportunities. Whether customer or internal experiences, his focus is to guide the Spring EQ team on executing designs that drive toward rapid adoption while being feasible and striving to a simple sophistication.
Over the last 15+ years he has lived at the intersection of sales and marketing, product, and technology to build, advise and invest in teams aspiring to design solutions that sell themselves as they hit a nerve with customers. Most recently he dedicated the last 3+ years assessing and investing in early and growth stage technology companies as a Founding Partner of MissionOG, a $35M fintech focused venture fund. Prior to this he was CEO and Managing Director of Citibank’s global prepaid & payments business line. This role was the result of Citi’s acquisition of Ecount, where Drew lead all new market product design architecture iterating through numerous failures to find success in nine product lines where each grew from zero to as much as $70M.
He started his career as Professional Engineer after graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and has since graduated with honors from Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He calls home an 1887 barn that is a constant renovation project that keep his sleeves rolled up and hands dirty, and enjoys any diversions with his wife and twins to explore, fish a little, catch a movie or baseball game as he continues his life long pursuit of the best frozen custard pull ever.
